Below you will find details of some basic rental packages, we can tailor a rental package to suit your specific requirements and even provide delivery, set up, a sound engineer to be present at your event, dismantling of equipment and return should you require it. Suitable for meetings of up to 40 people, background music at small events, young childrens parties, public address etc: Easy to use and set up with a choice of radio mic or hard wired microphone and cd player.
Laney CD410 80W PA Amplifier, 2 Kam 10″ speakers with speaker stands, radio mic or wired mic, single cd player, all leads & accessories.
Audio System 2

Suitable for Meetings up to 70 people, background music at medium-sized events, solo artists/performers, general discos, parties, public address etc: Instructions on set up included. Choice of live or DJ mixer.
McGregor 2 x 250W amp or similar, 15″ 300W speakers with stands, radio mic or wired mic, single Cd player with option to upgrade to dual cd player, all leads & accessories.
Audio System 3

Suitable for meetings of up to 100 people, background music at large events, solo artists/performers/bands, large disco parties, public address etc.
2 x 400W amp or better, 15″ 400W speakers with stands, radio mic or wired mic, twin cd player or single minidisc player DJ or live mixer, all leads and accessories.
Lighting System 1

4 Equinox Blaze LED sound to light disco lights complete with stand, all leads & accessories. Perfect for discos and live performers.

Please note all prices are based on client collection from and return to Alltrack Promotions Ltd in Darwen. Delivery can be arranged with prior notice but will be charged based on mileage.
Customer agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions when renting any equipment from Alltrack Promotions Ltd.
1. Rate Schedule. Customer/Lessee agrees to the rates as stated at time of booking. ALL SALES ARE FINAL UPON RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S).
2. Liability. Customer/Lessee is responsible for loss, theft or damage from any cause whatsoever incurred while in possession of any rental equipment during the term of this contract. Customer/Lessee authorizes Alltrack Promotions Ltd to charge for loss or any/all damages. Customer/Lessee will be billed for repairs or replacement, including parts and accessories. Damage also includes marking or labeling of rental equipment. Failure to return rental equipment per contract terms will result in charging at normal rental rates.
3. It is understood and agreed that Customer/Lessee understands how to operate equipment and is responsible for notifying Alltrack Promotions Ltd during the rental period of any equipment malfunctioning or related operational problems to be considered for any price adjustment. Extension of rental period/dates must be confirmed by 3:00 PM of the last original rental day to insure availability of equipment.
4. Payment Terms. All rentals must be paid for on the day of collection. Accepted forms of payment include: cash / company cq, personal cq supported with a valid cq card to the amount guaranteed, credit/debit card through Paypal (a 2% charge will be made for all card payments). Payment that is outstanding will be transfered to our accounts collection department.
5. If a cheque is returned by the bank the costs implied will be payble by the lessee Any item(s) returned to Live PA Hire after the agreed upon “return by date/time” as stated on the agreement will incur one addition daily charge for each 24 hour period thereafter.
6. Cancellation Terms. If cancellation notice is given less than 48 hours of scheduled rental start date, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
7. A 50% charge will apply for orders cancelled on the rental start date. Because of the unique nature of our business, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, including, but not limited to, the cancellation of your event for any reason whatsoever.
8. If we haven’t met you before, we will need proof of your identity and address.
9. We do not hire to minors.
